Arthur has acted across a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, IT, high-tech, financial services, media, retail, oil and gas, and hospitality. His experience includes both domestic and cross-border deals, and he has built a strong international practice, advising clients from the UK, US, Japan, and India. He has acted for both accountants and solicitors in mergers and acquisitions of their professional practices.
