Sarah is a commercial property solicitor with over 20 years’ experience advising occupiers, investors, landlords and corporate entities on real estate matters across London and the regions. Having trained at a London City firm and practised within a leading US firm before holding senior roles at regional practices across Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey, she brings technical expertise combined with commercial pragmatism and responsiveness.

 

She specialises in landlord and tenant work, with particular expertise in lease portfolio management. Her experience includes advising a global aviation charter company on a high-value Central London office headquarters lease, leading the setup and ongoing management of a multi-site commercial portfolio for a regional property investment company and acting for an investor landlord on new lets to national retail chains.

 

Sarah's clients range from institutional landlords to entrepreneurial SMEs and sole traders navigating their first commercial lease. Known for her highly collaborative approach, she takes the time to align her legally robust advice with her clients' wider business objectives. In addition to her standalone real estate practice, she assists with corporate transactions, handling the property elements of corporate acquisitions, disposals and secured commercial  lending.
