Mark Felton is a highly experienced property and development professional with over 35 years of experience across the funding, housing, property and development sectors. Having operated at board and senior strategic level throughout much of his career, Mark brings extensive expertise in development delivery, funding structures, stakeholder engagement and large-scale housing initiatives.

Mark has led and supported the delivery of numerous residential and supported housing projects across the UK, ranging from land acquisition and redevelopment schemes to complex planning and regeneration projects. He is particularly recognised for his work within the supported housing sector, where he has worked alongside organisations including Golden Lane Housing and Voyage Care to help identify, structure and deliver specialist accommodation schemes designed around the needs of residents requiring care and assisted living support.

Known for his commercially minded and solutions-focused approach, Mark has successfully secured planning permissions on complex development sites requiring innovative and collaborative strategies. His experience spans strategic land acquisition, project delivery, funding negotiations, stakeholder management and business growth initiatives.

Throughout his career, Mark has developed strong relationships across local government, housing associations, financial institutions and private sector organisations. He has worked closely with major banking institutions including Investec, Royal Bank of Scotland, BCAB and CFA Bank, supporting funding and development opportunities across a wide range of property transactions.
